Planning any event especially a wedding can be daunting. We specialize in providing mobile bars for all types of events but for this article will focus on the important things to consider for 2017 weddings:-

1. After choosing your venue consider the location and size of bar you may require based on the space within the venue or marquee and your planned guest numbers. If you are planning on having a marquee wedding it may be worth speaking with your chosen provider as the bar area will take up floor space meaning a slightly larger marquee may be required.
2. What kind of service do you want from your mobile bar provider? Here at Oscar's we have a variety of services from a simply run cash bar throughout the entire day or just the evening to a full day drinks package including welcome drinks, table wine and toast drinks. If you planning on providing some drinks yourself it is worth checking what your chosen mobile bar provider's policy is on this.
3. Drinks choices; A good supplier should enable you some options when it comes to the drinks they supply. We have the ability to provide many different lager & cider products and have access to 100's of local products including ale's, wines and spirits.
4. It's all in the planning. Any mobile bar provider to your wedding should be able to give you an accurate idea of when they will be set up, how many staff they will have working and when they will be leaving your venue once the wedding is over. They should also advise you on how many electrical sockets they may require and the physical amount of space required.
Losing someone we love is heartbreaking. Never knowing how or when the pain will get easier...
I lost my Dear Friend Kim on the 11th January 2015, she will forever be in my heart xx
What I love about Macmillan Coffee morning's is how it somehow doesn't feel like for that one day you're not the only person feeling that pain.....so many friends, family and strangers all come together to bake cakes, drink tea and coffee and talk. I would like to say a huge Thank You to everyone that has made our Coffee Morning a success because without you we couldn't achieve what we do.
So far today we have raised a total of £414.43.
Thank you to the Co-Op in Ledbury for letting us host our Coffee Morning there and donating all the tea, coffee, milk and sugar, thank you to all the volunteers who helped bake beautiful and delicious cakes and who helped on the day, to Elite Furniture Hire for supplying the tables and chairs, to the local businesses that donated lovely raffle prizes, Hay Wines, Sitara, Serenity Professional Hairdressing, Elements Beauty Spa, The Stationery Store, Juice, Issacs, Past & Present and Lulu Little bear. To Ledbury Books and Maps for donating a signed copy of Mary Berry's Christmas book and to Loraine Kay for bidding £50 for the book
And thank you to all the customers who supported us today and made donations, we are truely grateful xx
Ledbury Books & Maps have very kindly donated a 'Signed' Mary Berry's Christmas Collection Recipe Book for our Macmillan Coffee Morning on Saturday 1st October 2016.
We have decided that the best way to raise more money for Macmillan is to have a Blind Auction...... If you are interested in buying this book for yourself or for a lovely Christmas present for someone then please send me a message with your highest bid. The highest bidder will be able to purchase the book. Good Luck & remember the funds go to a very good cause xx
