We have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions for you, however if your query is not covered here please do let us know and we will be more than happy to help. Hiring your mobile bar should be a straight forward and clear process which is what we always aim to do.

Q. How early in advance do you need to set up?
A. Preferably we would like to set up the day before your event, however the latest we would like to set up is 5-6 hours before.

Q. How much do you charge to hire a bar?
A. We charge a booking fee to hire any of our mobile bars, this varies depending on the type of bar you want. Other than a booking fee there are no other payments required for a cash bar (unless you want to upgrade to glassware which is optional)

Q. Do you need to have an electrical supply or water?
A. While we do not require a water supply to run the bar we do stipulate that we must have access to 2x 13amp sockets. If using our Vintage Horse Box Bar we would ideally like one 16amp or 32amp supply.

Q. Am I able to choose which draught products I can have?
A. We have a comprehensive list of draught products for you to choose from; we can however accommodate most wishes with advanced notice. Please click here to view a selection of our drink products.

Q. Are Champagne or Cocktails included in the Free Bar option?
A. No, only spirits, bottles, draught, wine, shots & soft drinks are included in the package.

Q. Do I need to apply for an alcohol license?
A. Oscar's will take care of all licensing requirements for your event.

Q. How do I book my bar with Oscar's

Q. What areas do you cover?
A. Based in the Cotswolds we cover Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. However we travel throughout the Uk. Get in touch & let us know where your event is

Q. Are you able to provide welcome drinks or table wine?
A. We have several packages which can be tailored to your individual needs. Please click here to view our packages.

Q. Do you have different bars & what sizes are they?
A. We supply a variety of different bar styles and sizes. We can help you choose a style and size dependant on the requirements of your event. We also have Harriet; our Vintage Horse Box Bar and soon to come 'Hector & Henrietta'

Q. What equipment is included in the hire?
A. Oscar's provide's all bar units, refrigeration, equipment, draught set up & staff for your event.

Q. Do you recycle your bar waste?
A. Yes, all of our bar waste is recycled after every event. We reduce, reuse and recycle as much as we can!

Q. When do I need to pay my balance?
A. Your balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your event

Q. Do you only provide bars?
A. NO, we also hire vintage items, garden games, glassware & can provide staffing for your event. We can also point you in the right direction for furniture, marquees and toilets from our recommended suppliers.
